Known for its egg shape and minimum seed content, the Roma has excellent flavour, firmness and colour.
Seasons: Available all year round but in abundant supply from August to April.
Regions: The growing regions in Western Australia are Perth & Surrounds, Coral Coast and the South West.
It is normally smaller than the traditional round gourmet style at around 100-120 grams and it ripens to a mid red colour.
