The Fuji is a medium sized apple with a reddish yellow skin. It is a juicy and very sweet apple due to its high sugar and water content.

 

Seasons: Available from April to December.

Regions: The Fuji is grown in the Great Southern and South West regions of Western Australia

The Fuji is great in salads, and can be eaten fresh or frozen.
